What to Expect

The retreat journey follows an elemental path through Earth Water Fire Air and Ether to support your deep soul growth. We begin with Earth to find our solid grounding and move into Water for the healing release of old emotional patterns. Fire transforms what no longer serves the path while Air brings the clarity of a new song. We conclude in Ether where every part of the experience comes together as one whole and grounded truth.
